Cancellation & Refunds

CheckViral offers paid subscription plans. User can cancel a subscription at any time. CheckViral provide prorated refund based on credit usage.

We collect user's first names, last names, emails, and phone numbers. Data is stored securely on servers located in the United States. CheckViral does not share user data with third parties directly.

CheckViral reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, and without notice.

Disclaimers & Liability

CheckViral is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Service is responsible for correctly storing and displaying short video analyses. However, CheckViral is not responsible for the interpretation and quality of analyzed videos.

CheckViral reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
